Training for Trainers

GIFT builds the leadership capacity of progressive people of color who are skilled as trainers, consultants and mentors to social justice organizations nation-wide.

GIFT developed a Training for Trainers (T4T) program to teach experienced fundraisers of color GIFT's approach to progressive fundraising through training and consulting, as well as the techniques and methods of teaching adults that incorporates a popular education model. We integrate GIFT's multi-racial, movement-building perspective with a skills-building curriculum focused on grassroots fundraising.

The T4T is typically held every two years.
